The Estreya winery offers a rich selection of refined dishes and wines from renowned Bulgarian and boutique cellars. In the cellar right next to the winery there is wine produced from the vineyards of the village of Belogradets, which have been awarded with the CERES certificate for organic production. The wine type structure of those vineyards is in compliance with the soil and climatic conditions of the region. The vines of the white grape types were produced in the German wine-making area of Rhein-Mosel, while the red ones are from the elite French producers Mercier and Guillaume.
